William Craig is the founder of Pro-DMS, a design, engineering and project management consultancy based in Germany. His clients include multinational life sciences, food, dairy and beverage companies from across the globe.
Before devoting his attention to his consulting practice at Pro-DMS, William was Managing Director of CPME GmbH, which he founded in 2011.
William trained as a site construction plant engineer after leaving school and returned to education as a mature student to graduate from a UK based university with an honours degree in engineering.
He honed his process capabilities in the life sciences, food, dairy and beverage industries with APV (now SPX) in the UK and Ireland, followed by 10 years of global projects experience with Suedmo GmbH in Germany, now part of Pentair.
In a career spanning 35 years, William has devoted the last 25 specialising in hygienic, sterile and aseptic processes. His assignments
have taken him to almost every region of the world, with ten years specifically in China.
William is a British/Irish national and lives in Germany.
